RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY


Returns

In case of the rare and unfortunate event of damaged packaging in your delivery, you can provide feedback via our app. We will take the product and replace with a fresh delivery in the next available delivery slot.

Order Cancellation

As a rule, orders cannot be cancelled once you receive the confirmation. But in the unlikely event of needing to cancel an order, we provide a 30 min cancellation window from the time of order placement. After this (time-window) elapse, the cancellation button will be disabled. As a policy, cancellation for any reason will not be taken via the Customer Support Desk.

Edit Orders

Orders once placed cannot be changed. If you missed adding something to your order, place a fresh one and inform us via email at customercare@freshfins.in or call us on 96960 89696 and we will do our best to combine the delivery for both orders. We do caution that we can only attempt this on a best effort basis, depending on the time gap between your orders.

Refunds

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you have pre-paid for your order via the website. In the event of any of the following circumstances:

  • Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • You are unhappy with the behaviour of our delivery agent / quality of service.
  • You are unhappy with the ordered product (quality) and report the same within 15 mins of delivery.
  • In the unlikely event of our systems being down / not responding to your confirmed orders due to technical reasons.
  • If you have pre-booked a product and it is not available on the scheduled day of delivery.
COD payment & Refund

Orders can be cancelled within 30 mins from the time of placing an order, beyond which the order remains confirmed. If you are unsatisfied with the product you may raise this issue with our helpline +91 96960 89696 and inform them of your issue. The product will be taken back, and payment will be returned in 7 working days.

NOTE: Refunds are available on (COD) orders provided the customer checks the product and raises a complaint at the time of delivery or not later than 15 mins from delivery.

Online Order cancellation and Refund

All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 7-10 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway and the payment options supported by Razorpay can be checked here https://razorpay.com/payment-gateway/#methods


In case of a payment failure, kindly refresh and check if your order is in pending status. You should be able to attempt payment again. In case of issues, please email customercare@freshfins.in or call +91 96960 89696 immediately.
